Creator Terms

These Creator Terms apply when you apply to and make videos for Examo Creators. You accept them when you apply. Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.

1. Who can join

You are 18 or older, the accounts you link are your own, and you follow each platform's rules.

2. What we pay for

We review every reel or video you send us. Each one we accept earns $10, plus more based on its views at the rates we send you when you're approved. Videos we don't accept are not paid.

3. Examo owns paid videos

Once we pay for a video, Examo owns it. Examo may reuse, edit and advertise it anywhere, without further payment. It stays on your account.

4. Paid videos stay up

You don't delete, archive, hide, make private or edit a paid video, and you don't delete or make private the account it's on, unless Examo asks you to.

5. If you take a paid video down

If you remove a paid video yourself, Examo can ask you to repay what it paid for that video. If the platform removes it, you owe nothing.

6. Getting paid

Views are counted 30 days after posting and paid monthly. You are responsible for your own taxes.

7. Honest videos

Only show what Examo really does. No promises of grades and no claims that Examo does your work for you.

8. Stopping

Either side can stop working together at any time. Videos Examo has already paid for stay owned by Examo and stay up.
